Netok isn't digitally signed yet. Certificates cost real money every year, and Netok is a free open-source project, so that money goes nowhere for now. Windows sees an unsigned installer and plays it safe.
The warning doesn't mean something is wrong. All the code is public on GitHub, and anyone can inspect exactly what's inside.
To install: click More info, then Run anyway. That's it.

- 16 MB download
- No dependencies to install. If WebView2 is missing (rare), the installer fetches it automatically
